Product returns are accepted only in case the product is defective or does not meet its description as long as the buyer informs our store immediately (within 14 working days and with the receipt or purchase invoice). The product must not have been used.
Our store is not responsible for any damage to the products during transport. The products travel at the risk and responsibility of the customer.
Order Return: It is possible to cancel the order, if it has not left the store. In case the order is canceled after the start of the shipment, you will be charged the corresponding costs. The cancellation can be done either via e-mail, at email@example.com or by phone at 2316 01 7712.
If the amount of the order has already been paid, then the refund is credited to the customer’s account. – It is even possible to partially cancel the order by removing products, if the shipment has not been made.
